    We’re proud to see the biophilic landscape strategy for @arm’s global headquarters in Cambridge continuing to take shape. Influence was appointed in 2025 to support design development through RIBA Stages 2–4.🌿🏢 The project places nature at the heart of the workplace experience, delivering an immersive ‘inside-out’ approach that integrates planting, natural materials and ecological principles throughout the building. From large-scale interventions such as atrium and restaurant planting, terraces and suspended installations, to more intimate desk-level planting and natural material palettes, the design responds carefully to light, views and spatial constraints. The strategy is centred on enhancing wellbeing, inclusivity and connection to nature - supporting focus, social interaction and sensory comfort, while aligning closely with Arm’s workplace vision. Looking ahead, a new external garden will transform an existing car park into a restorative, nature-led space 🌳, strengthening the connection between people, place and environment.     We were delighted to host our Newark Creative Quarter Summer Event yesterday, bringing together industry professionals from across the property and construction sector for an afternoon of networking, collaboration and some summer-themed fun! 🌞 🏖️ A huge thank you to Kathryn and Ruth for delivering this month’s Influence presentation and supporting our chosen charity, Historic Newark in Bloom. Guests enjoyed taking part in fundraising games, including guessing the number of sweets in the jar, naming the seagull, and trying their luck in the sandpit draw. We also heard an insightful presentation from Newark & Sherwood District Council, highlighting the wide range of support available to local businesses including grants, networking opportunities, the Newark Gift Card Scheme, business support programmes, workshops on AI and wellbeing, and much more. A special shout-out goes to Kathryn, Lindsey and Ruth all their hard work in organising such a successful event.     Team Lincolnshire Summer Social Afternoon Tea 🧁 Great to be amongst 80+ Team Lincolnshire ambassadors at the event at @doddingtonhall yesterday. Our charity partner and Team Lincolnshire's charity of the year @naomisgardencharity were welcomed with open arms and a fantastic £560 was raised through the raffle. We heard from CEO Sarah-Jayne Walker who shared an incredible story of huge personal success from one of her clients, and our very own Sara Boland spoke to attendees about how they can support the new Naomi's Garden centre renovations - thank you to all who came forward. We are still on the hunt for an insulation partner! We also heard from Doddington's James Birch about the Wild House - part of the Wilder Doddington programme, which is set to become England’s first Passivhaus Premium building. 🌱 A big thank you to Jo Andrews and the Team Lincolnshire team for such a wonderful event with a heart, and congratulations to the raffle winners, especially Alexandra Bavin winner of the amazing @chococochocolates hamper! #teamlincolnshire #togetherwearegreater #naomisgarden #landscapedesign #landscapearchitect
