About this statement
Last updated: 24 July 2026.
This statement covers the public website at influence.co.uk. It does not cover third-party websites that we link to or the authenticated Sanity Studio used by authorised editors.
Our accessibility target
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at level AA. We also aim to make reasonable adjustments for disabled visitors who need information or a service in another way.
The website has not yet been independently certified as fully conforming. Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility, and we review new content and features as the site develops.
What the website supports
The site is designed to work with keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, a skip link, semantic headings and landmarks, descriptive link text, labelled form controls and meaningful alternative text for editorial images.
Layouts adapt from small mobile screens to larger displays and support browser zoom without requiring horizontal scrolling for ordinary page content. Motion is reduced when your device requests reduced motion, and important video includes a visible pause control and a static fallback.
We use brand colours with readable contrast and do not rely on colour alone to communicate essential information.
Compatibility
The public site is intended to work with current versions of major browsers and commonly used assistive technologies. Older browsers or unusual combinations of browser and assistive technology may present content differently, but the core information should remain available.
Known limitations
Descriptions supplied with third-party Instagram posts may not always be as complete as our own editorial alternative text. Following a social-media or other external link takes you to a service outside our control, and its accessibility may differ from ours.
Complex project drawings and plans shown as images may contain visual detail that cannot be conveyed fully in a short text alternative. Contact us if you need an explanation of a particular project image in another format.
How we assess the site
This statement was prepared through self-assessment, including automated accessibility checks and manual checks of keyboard use, focus, zoom and responsive layouts. We will continue to test important user journeys when content or functionality changes.
Feedback and alternative formats
If you cannot access part of the website, find an accessibility problem or need information in a different format, email info@influence.co.uk, call 01636 702152 or write to The Wheelwrights, Huddlestones Wharf, Newark, NG24 4UL.
Please tell us which page or content you were using, what went wrong and, if you are comfortable doing so, the browser or assistive technology involved. We will consider your request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
