Jake Haywood

Jake joined Influence from school after completing his A Levels and developed a particular interest in the planning and design of new developments. In 2024, he began a Level 7 Apprenticeship in Town Planning and Urban Design, which he continues alongside his role at Influence, having recently achieved a Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Urban Planning. He works across a range of projects, particularly in the residential and education sectors, gaining experience in both the creative and technical aspects of planning and urban design, and establishing a strong skillset in Adobe Creative Suite and Keyscape CAD.
